Stephen came out and spent so much time with us, sharing his expertise on all of our options - re-finish the existing wood floor, replace with ceramic tile, replace with luxury vinyl. We recently had Brothers Flooring install carpet and luxury vinyl as well as sand and re-stain our hardwood and we couldn't be happier with the results!!They helped us through the selection process, ordered additional samples for us to evaluate, and laid out the options as well as the benefits of different materials so we could make an informed choice. When it came to installation, they were prompt and fast and the final product looks great. The re-finishing process on the hardwood was efficient and clean and the small sections they repaired are seamless. The floors look better than ever. We'll definitely use them for any of our work in the future. You can't go wrong with this team!

Brother's flooring was absolutely great. We had damage to our existing floor and Brother's was quick to help diagnose the problem and provide a solution. They worked with us to meet the needs requested from our insurance and went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. When the time came for ordering materials and install, they had great recommendations for our home and many options to choose from. Their service was quick and professional looking when complete and I could not be happier with the product.

Steve over at Brothers made the best case for their buisness from the jump when he came over to my home for the FREE estimate. I really liked that they are Veteran Owned and operated, the quote that they gave me was extremely reasonable, and every person that I have communicated with has been polite, professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and HARD WORKING!After we'd agreed on all the details and the time came for the project to begin the guys were so respectful of me and my home. They worked 10 hour days to make sure they would get everything finished in the most timely fashion and when they were more efficent then they expected and we ended up with quite a bit of extra material left over they credited me back the difference for the extra materials with no restocking fee, and without me even asking.The results have been stunning and I am happy to say that if I need future work done on my floors it's Brothers that I'll be calling.

Working with Stephen at Brother's Flooring Services was a professional and stress free experience. All of our concerns were taken into his ultimate recommendations but, he never persuaded us into a certain product. Follow up questions were promptly addressed. All the employees were polite and true craftsman. Work was completed quickly and beautifully. The patience installers Ricky, Victor, and Anthony showed with our crazy family was amazing.
