Brother's flooring was absolutely great. We had damage to our existing floor and Brother's was quick to help diagnose the problem and provide a solution. I really liked that they are Veteran Owned and operated, the quote that they gave me was extremely reasonable, and every person that I have communicated with has been polite, professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and HARD WORKING!After we'd agreed on all the details and the time came for the project to begin the guys were so respectful of me and my home. They worked 10 hour days to make sure they would get everything finished in the most timely fashion and when they were more efficent then they expected and we ended up with quite a bit of extra material left over they credited me back the difference for the extra materials with no restocking fee, and without me even asking.The results have been stunning and I am happy to say that if I need future work done on my floors it's Brothers that I'll be calling.
Working with Stephen at Brother's Flooring Services was a professional and stress free experience.
