There are several ranges of price points for installations depending on the materials being installed and if there are patterns etc.. There is no 100% accurate blanket price to go by, so we provide free in-home consultations, along with free itemized proposals based on what you would like done.

Everything from cleaning the substrate prior to the new flooring going in to installation of new subflooring if needed. Again, it is all detail specific in case by case basis.

You can if you have the time and are mechanically inclined with some experience, depending on the material type. If not, then we recommend that you hire a professional to get the job done right the first time.

No, basic laminate is not waterproof as it is compressed cardboard. We do not sell or recommend laminate for this reason.
